About Chaitanya

Drop him in the ocean. He will probably build a bridge to shore.

Chaitanya is a problem solver, a voracious reader who implements what he learns, and a connector who brings seemingly irrelevant situations together to create solutions that are both unique and practical.

Why he left

Success had started changing him into someone he did not want to be.

Chaitanya was at the peak of his corporate performance when the games got on his nerves. He would wake up negative and cursing. The moment he recognised it, he quit to create a future of his own—one built on kindness, creativity and infinite possibility.

He later started two companies with long-term friends. Both failed because their aspirations were different. He wanted to build an empire; they wanted power while he carried the work. Friendship had hidden an imbalance in management, money and responsibility.

He also walked away from pushy venture capital while fundraising was being celebrated everywhere. After projections, discounts and long negotiations, the proposed partnership felt like signing up to display commitment every day while watching his back.

How he operates

Problem solver. Reader. Connector.

01

Problem solver

Build the solution to a problem not many people have thought of—and find the income streams others have not explored.

02

Reader

Read voraciously, implement what you learn and keep what survives contact with reality.

03

Connector

Connect apparently unrelated situations until a useful, original answer becomes visible.

“Business happens between equals. Every compromise on quality, fee and deliverables pushes you down—and can make you a slave to your own ill-placed decision.”

Business

You think you are improving your business. But the business is improving you as a person.

Branding

Your brand is what people say about you when you are not there. Stay true to who you are.

Expertise

Expertise is what you gain when you do things repeatedly. Choose your purpose, then work towards fulfilling it.

Social media

Social media documents what you do. Take care of your work and these engines will carry that evidence to people with similar needs.

Thinking

Keep your thinking high-class and lead a simple life, so you do not destroy your ecosystem to sustain it.

Leadership

Lead by example. Show what can be done and how. The tribe you inspire will also drive you to accomplish more.

Old success rots. Create it again, like your daily food.

The ambition is global: to help build opportunities for India and one day join its business delegation abroad.
